Astro Packaging's Model 25 Tray Maker is an automatic tray maker that can run up to 25 trays per minute. Engineered with a vertical design, the Model 25 has a small footprint that maximizes plant capacity and saves floor space. Used in combination with Astro Packaging's QX20 glue tank and SureFill auto-feed glue system, adhesive is dispensed onto the minor flaps before a compression mandrel forms the tray and provides an appealing box with square corners.
Capable of handling mulitple tray sizes, digital read-outs make change overs easy for quick production changes. Operators can easily make timing and pattern adjustments with a touch screen controller with visual feedback
