Astro Packaging’s QX20 is a reliable hot melt system built with a constant pressure, pneumatic piston pump, capable of supplying up to 20 lbs. of melted material an hour. The icon-driven, TC900 control panel is operator friendly and provides simple programming for all nine temperature zones.

The QX20 supports up to four hoses and guns, and was designed to use the same 12-pin hose connectors as other Nordson® machines -- making it the perfect drop-in replacement for Nordson® ProBlue, 2300 and 3000 Series Melters. Removable housing panels completely expose all components for easy-access service and maintenance.

Accuracy: 9 Zone, Ni120 RTD temperature controller. (1) Tank. (4) Hoses. (4) Guns.

Flexibility: Uses the same Nordson® 12-Pin, Ni120 rectangular hose connections and same mounting holes for easy changeover.

Longevity: Cast-in heating elements and Teflon® coated tanks provide fast warm-up time, improve heat transfer and reduce char build up.
