 Easy Operation

The Independence Case Packer is so easy to use, almost anyone could do it. With an operator-friendly PLC control, it pulls a case from the hopper with a vacuum. An opposed vacuum arm opens the case while side arms hold it steady. The case moves to the packing station where it accumulates products into the proper pack pattern, then slides into an empty waiting case.

The case then moves to the compression station where the machine folds all the flaps down, and the machine seals it with a hot melt or tape. The case slides out onto a conveyor belt with no change of path needed and can feed to a final packing station or palletization system.
