Astro Packaging's SS10 hot melt adhesive unit is an extremely reliable melt unit that holds 10lbs of adhesive. It is designed with a constant speed direct drive motor/pump combination and an adjustable output control. The cylindrical Teflon® lined tank virtually eliminates any possibility of char build up. The SS10 has an integrated melt fin that maintains consistent pump rates created from the flow through grid design. Supporting up to 2 hoses/gun combination, the SS10 melt unit includes a simple to operate new TC500 temperature controller.
