Hot Melt Nozzle Cleaning Kit

Astro Packaging hot melt nozzle cleaning kits are a simple solution when dealing with plugged nozzles. Hot melt nozzle cleaning kits come with a variety of probe sizes and help clear glue and char from your hot melt nozzles to prevent plugging and stitching pattern problems.

If dealing with plugged nozzles, the nozzle cleaning kit inserts a probe through the back of the nozzle to help push char and debris out of the nozzle tip. Hot melt nozzle cleaning kits come with a pin-vice, and three vials of (10) probes each. See below for the different nozzle cleaning kit probe sizes. If you are unsure about the correct nozzle cleaning probe, check with your nozzle size and select the corresponding probe size to fit that nozzle diameter.
