Astro Packaging's hot melt adhesive spray gun kit uses compressed air to atomize hot melt adhesive. Independent air and pattern air control allows adjustment of pattern size, shape and density. Hot melt spray equipment is ideal for pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesives. Hot melt adhesive spray guns operate without heated air and provide adjustment to vary spray pattern width.

The down-apply hot melt adhesive spray gun helps minimize physical stress and fatigue when manually applying hot melt adhesive to horizontal substrates. Used with a hose-boom-balancer device, down apply hot melt adhesive spray guns maintain a neutral wrist position and are weight supported by the boom balancer.
