Auto-Feed Glue Systems

Astro Packaging’s auto-feed systems automatically replenish hot melt systems to their desired adhesive level and eliminate the task of manually filling glue tanks. Lid assemblies compatible with Nordson® ProBlue® and DuraBlue® Series Melters, Nordson® 2300 and 3000 Series Melters, and ITW Dynatec® and Slautterback® melt units. With a tank capacity of 200lbs. and a low level indicator, the auto feed system draws adhesive pellets into a positive pressure air stream that can feed units up to 20 feet vertically and 100 feet horizontally.
