 Nine Zone Control - The T750 Temperature Controller is a microprocessor based scanning controller that regulates up to nine temperature zones in a hotmelt applicator system. A zone is a tank, hose or head with separate, independent temperature control. Integrated into the control panel of a Slautterback melt unit, the T750 monitors and controls adhesive temperature in the tank, and up to four heated supply hoses and adhesive applicators.
The T750 controls temperature based on inputs from RTD sensors located in each heated component. Temperature values are selectable for both run (operating) and standby settings plus high and low limits. The T750 offers auto-tuned proportional control of each temperature set point. it learns the most efficient way to attain a desired temperature and maintain it accurately. a run-ready light illuminates when all zones are at proper operating temperature. A visual alarm illuminates if the temperature for any zone exceeds the high or low limit.
Optional Auxiliary capabilities can be added to the standard T750 which include Audible alarm, Automatic Power Shut off and Automatic Run to Standby.
The melt unit pump will not turn on until all zones reach run-ready temperature. Relay contacts are available for connection to a parent machine or other device.
All temperature control settings are easy to program and operate with convenient toggle switches. The T750 design is based on the reliable, service proven line of Slautterback temperature controllers.
