Dynadrum-DU55.pngThe ITW Dynatec DynaDrum 55 Air-Operated Unloader is a stationary drum unloader that combines a heated platen, pump and all controls needed to melt and dispense hot melt adhesives, sealants or coating from a standard 55-gallon steel pail (U.S. standard).

The unloader can be utilized as a bulk-transfer unit or as a stand-alone ASU (Adhesive Supply Unit). It can supply on or two hand-held applicators or other applicators.

  • DYNACONTROL™ digital, multilingual microprocessor temperature control
  • 18,000 watt or 21,000 watt teflon® coated platen
  • Positive displacement gear pump
  • Drum empty pump shut-off
  • Fully enclosed pneumatic controls
  • 1 HP AC brushless variable pump drive
  • 6.5" dual post pneumatic ram
  • 1 or 2 hose configuration
  • Options include drip tray, low level warning light, three point level control and fill ball valve
