The A900 Pneumatic modular series applicator heads are miniature,
versatile and provide precise pattern placement. These applicators
install in tight spaces commonly found on parent machinery.
The A900 features a unique, one piece carbide needle/ball tip for
unsurpassed performance. Adhesive is fed to the manifold through a
single hose. Each valve module feeds adhesive to a nozzle, ensuring
sharp cutoff and providing multiple bead patterns from each applicator.

 Heavy Duty, All Electric, Modular Applicator
The all electric M100 Modular head offers the versatility of attaching one to eight valve modules to a single heated manifold. The M100 Series extrudes beads or dots of adhesive or other thermoplastic material for a wide range of packaging and product assembly applications. Depending on flow requirements, the manifold connects to a no.6 or 8 heated supply hose. The M100 Series can be configured for AC or DC signals to energize the electric coil on standard or high speed valve modules.

 High Performance, Miniature Valve
The all-electric E900 is the industry's most versatile, modular, precision miniature hotmelt applicator. The E900 series applicators install in tight spaces commonly found on parent machinery.
The standard E900 design allows arrangement of up to eight individual valve modules on a manifold. Adhesive feeds to the manifold through one hose. Each valve module supplies adhesive to a single nozzle, ensuring sharp cutoff and multiple bead patterns, Various adhesive patterns are achieved on the same applicator by electrically programming the activity of up to four independent valve groups.

 Electric, High Performance, Automatic Heads
The E100 and E100xt are all electric adhesive dispensing heads. As the central valving components of Slautterback hotmelt systems, the E100 heads dispense beads or dots of hotmelt adhesive or other thermoplastic materials. A large selection of nozzles provides a variety of adhesive patterns.
The applicator head design is simple, reliable and durable. Requiring no compressed air or a complex valving system, the E100 and E100xt consist of one simple valve, one static o-ring, one electric solenoid, one or two heaters, a thermostat or RTD sensor and a power cable. A pattern controller signals the solenoid to activate the valve and dispense adhesive.

 All Electric, 360 ° Rotation Extrusion Handgun - The L4 handgun
is a versatile manual applicator for dispensing hotmelt adhesives,
sealants and other thermoplastic materials. The handgun comes attached
to a heated supply hose for use on Slautterback all electric manual
melt units. The L4 extrudes adhesive dots or beads for packaging,
product assembly and sealant applications.

 All Electric Extrusion Swirl and Fan Spray Handgun - The L5 Handgun is
a lightweight manual applicator which dispenses hotmelt adhesives by
extrusion, swirl or fan spray methods. Swirl and fan spray applications
require the addition of an airline and a simple adapter attached to the
nozzle nut.
