 The AP50 Melt Unit is ruggedly designed for a wide range of adhesive and sealant applications. With a capacity of 50LB (22.7kg) of hotmelt in pillow, pellet, slab or bulk form, the melt unit concentrates heat at the tank bottom, while maintaining cooler temperatures at the top. This performance characteristic minimizes adhesive degradation, charring and foreign matter accumulation. The AP50 features a fi xed or variable AC motor that drives a positive displacement gear pump. An easy to adjust flow control allows for adjustment of pump pressure. |

 The Trine KS20 is a medium duty machine for melting and pumping a variety of hot melts for labeling applications. The melt unit consists of a heated melt tank, a motor-driven, positive displacement gear pump and thermostat temperature control. The melt unit is all-electric and accepts granular, flake or block forms of hot melt.
FEATURES
System power circuit breaker protects the entire system from overload.
A tank mounted overtemperature switch turns the tank heater off in the event of a tank controller failure.
A thermal overload protector switches the motor off in the event of a stall or overload condition to protect the pump.
A pump warm-up switch protects the pump-drive mechanism by preventing motor/pump operation below 250F.

 Ready-to-Run Manual Hotmelt System
The LS10 all-electric manual hotmelt applicator system is ideal for reliable packaging and product assembly. The LS10 offers a fast and economical alternative to tape, cold glue and metal fasteners.
The system features a melt unit with a 10 pound (5kg) capacity Teflon-lined tank, and a heated hose and handgun. The handgun comes equipped with a single orifice nozzle. The rugged construction of the heated hose includes a Teflon core reinforced with stainless steel braid.
This system is a direct replacement for the Slautterback® Little Squirt and will take your current Little Squirt hose/gun.
