 The D2-15 temperature control is simple to program. Versatile and compatible with other manufacturer’s hoses and applicators.
The D2-15 Hot Melt adhesive unit is designed with a constant speed
direct drive motor / pump combination and adjustable output control.
This extremely reliable melt unit holds 15 Lbs. of adhesive. The
cylindrical tank design virtually eliminates any possibility of char
build up. With an integrated melt fin design to insure consistent pump
rates due to the flow through grid design. Capable of 2 hose and 2
applicators, the D2-15 temperature control is simple to operate.
Features include alarm settings to insure all zones are running
properly.
The cylindrical tank design provides a large opening for ease of
filling and cleaning. The melt grid is simple to remove for ease of
cleaning.

 Ready-to-Run Manual Hotmelt System
The LS10 all-electric manual hotmelt applicator system is ideal for
reliable packaging and product assembly. The LS10 offers a fast and
economical alternative to tape, cold glue and metal fasteners.
The system features a melt unit with a 10 pound (5kg) capacity
Teflon-lined tank, and a heated hose and handgun. The handgun comes
equipped with a single orifice nozzle. The rugged construction of the
heated hose includes a Teflon core reinforced with stainless steel
braid.
This system is a direct replacement for the Slautterback® Little Squirt and will take your current Little Squirt hose/gun.

 Heated Supply Hoses

electrically heated for operation to 500°F (260°C). They are lightweight and

required, hoses can be designed and built to withstand extremely high
pressures.
